    Red face Finally, I introduce myself!

    Hey ladies and gentleman,
    I guess this is my much belated introduction to the ministry of burlesque site after admittedly a month or so of lurking.
    I'm very excited to be an up and comer to the scene with the prospect of meeting and or working with ( or for!) a lot of the wonderful guys and gals on this site.
    I've finally set up a site on that blasted myspace and nearly died for my troubles anyhoo please feel free to add me or invite me to events or ask me to perform at events etc ;p
    I'd love to chew your ears (that doesn't sound right...)about burlesque history and learn some tricks of the trade like what to do about slippery heels!

    Welcome to MoB.... You'll never leave.. mwah ha ha ha ha!!!!!!
    As for slippery heels, if it's for performing, super glueing on bits of suede ( a chamois leather cloth works well) can give you a bit more grip.
    I'm sure there will be loads more suggestions from other people on here.
