    Default Fusion dance/circus class in Sheffield

    Not really any idea about this apart from it's Ballet based and taught by circus people. I found it on facebook today and thought I might give it a try and publicise it in case anyone else fancied a go too If your feeling extra energetic it's followed by the beginners aerialist class too!

    Y'all missed a good laugh last night with me trying to do Pirouettes - grace and elegance is so not my forte! It was a good class though - despite my body not being able to decide whether it was achey or not last night I actually feel quite mobile today
