    Time:12:30pm - 3:30pm
    Location:Sloans
    Street:108 Argyle Street
    City/Town:Glasgow, United Kingdom

A one-off, three-hour skills workshop with two stars of the international burlesque scene covering the true art of modern and classic burlesque for beginners and the experienced performer. These beautiful starlettes have performed all over the globe and are glamorous celebrities of the circuit so this is a unique opportunity to learn from the best in the business in a relaxed and fun environment.

The class will cover Shimmy Shaking, Bump 'n' Grind and Fandance techniques. This is not a burlesque stripping workshop and will not include tassel-twirling or nudity. The workshop will also include a Q&A with Missy and Leyla.

Boys also welcome but you'll be expected to take part – no observers!

Ticket price includes refreshments and prop use.

    Tickets are available online here:

This sounds great! I just bought the tickets as soon as I saw this. It will be my first workshop and first foray into the burlesque world so I'm incredibly excited and a wee bit nervous at the same time! It'll be fantastic though! x

Dear Choux-Choux, there's nothing to fear! We don't do anything cruel to you and you won't be put on the spot - unless you want that!

I should add to Missy's post that we have been put in the position whereby we have to charge a small booking fee on top of the ticket price.

We hope you don't mind but please be assured this is an unfortunate necessity as there are booking charges on the online kiosk we use. We aren't just tagging on hidden charges.
We look forward to seeing you.

Ooh I'm just counting down the days!!! I was just wondering what is the best thing to wear (including shoes)? Is it better to be comfortable for a workshop or do people generally dress up a bit? Thank you! x
