Last Thursday I started a beginners burlesque workshop with Divine Burlesque Academy. Wow. I never realised how much hard work all you performers do! My respect for you has grown immensely.

I have always been a bit of a tomboy, so things like walking gracefully (in high heels, no less) are a complete new experience to me (& a skill I haven't quite grasped yet). But despite my awkwardness, I found the class enjoyable & the atmosphere relaxing.

My initial shyness went within the first five minutes. What a great evening. I can't wait to do it again.
