Upcoming London Events!
Hello everyone! I've just moved back to London after a year away in the west country and feeling a bit out of touch on what's happening in London these days, so was just wondering if anyone had any recommendations for fun nights coming up in London etc!
Best Wishes

Volupte is as good as it gets, and still the yardstick for all the pretenders.
Madame Jo-Jo's of course.
Don't forget The Bethnal Green Working Men's Club, and, whilst you are in the East End check out:
The Brickhouse, part of an old brewery in Brick Lane, it's just fantastic, and just around the corner in Shoreditch High St,. is Last Days of Decodence, love it. At the end of Shoreditch High St., is Fenchchurch St., alongside of which is Mark Lane, you must visit Proud Cabaret there, amazing and good value too. Head towards Holborn and in the crescent called, The Aldwich, you will find The Cellar Door, it is actually a former public toilet, what a venue. Ask Jason for one of his incredible mojitos. And when you need the loo, be prepared to be freaked.
Polly Rae will be returning to The Leicester Square Theatre soon for an autumn run and if you can't wait you can always visit The Pigalle Club near Picadilly Circus.
I have yet to visit The Peacock Bar in Battersea, it's in Falcon Road, but I am determined to put that right soon. But back in town, get yourself down to Bourne & Hollingsworth, so small, so cute, so ******* expensive, but I love it. Then there's The Cafe de Paris, and if you have a strong stomach, Dirty Dick's in Bishopsgate. Just don't look too close at the debris nailed to the ceiling. And if you have any money left, don't forget to visit The Fairy Gothmother, the shop is just around the corner from Dirty Dick's.
Time out London/Burlesque lists loads more, have fun, and perhaps, if you are a performer you might want to consider The Burlesque Festival, now that you are back home. Welcome back darling!

Where can I buy a head dress base?
They look good! I wonder if they're made from millinery wire?
