Thread: Recommendations for this weekend

Hi All,

It's my other half's birthday on Sunday 31st and he loves Burlesque so thought I'd treat him to a show, but I wondered if anyone had recommendations before I book. Ideally for the Friday or Sunday in London as he's in Brighton with friends on the Saturday and I've no idea if I'll get him back in one piece or if he'll stay there drinking lol!
If it's Friday, I'm working in the shop (Soho) til 7pm, and Sunday til 6pm... so it'll need to be something starting 8pm or later (much later is fine as can drag him for dinner first too!).
Thursday is a possibility but the shop's open til 8pm, so might be quite late by the time I finish up!

Any thoughts, let me know! I think he might like something a bit different - perhaps with some comedy routines, or something a bit more unusual?

I don't know what to buy him for a present so this will be it! :-)

Lovely to meet you yesterday, I adore my dress!

There's the Glitter Room at Bethnal Green Working Men's club on the 31st which has a good line-up with a mixture of glamorous and comedic acts - have a look at Suave promotions

There's also a couple of events happening in London on the 29th - the Royal Tease Burlesque Revue at the Crescent Club in West Kensignton looks good.
