Biography:

Beyond the Cabaret is a production company founded by Sean Mooney specializing in cabaret, vaudeville and burlesque events.

Sean was the Production Manager for the 'London Burlesque Festival' (2007 - 2010) & ‘London Burlesque Week’ (2011), as well as Production Manager for Polly Rae’s ‘Hurly Burly Show’ (2008) & 'The All New Hurly Burly Show' (Directed by William Baker - 2010), both at Leicester Square Theatre and 2 shows for The Puppini Sisters (Koko & Royal Fesival Hall)

In 2009 Beyond The Cabaret ran a successful monthly 'Pop-Up' cabaret called "at The Tiger’s Rear". Bringing the finest cabaret and variety acts to London’s West End and consistently receiveing Critics Choice in Time Out London.

December 2009 also marked Sean's West End debut as Producer of 'A Frisky and Mannish Christmas' at The Lyric Theatre, Shaftesbury Avenue., a success that was repeated the following year with 'Frisky & Mannish's Christmas Mess...age'.

2010 saw the creation of 'An Evening of Burlesque', a touring variety show featuring the cream of the UK's Burlesque and Cabaret scene. Almost 2 years on and it continues to play to packed houses all over the UK and in 2012 it will be going to Italy, Germany & Denmark.
