Biography:

I am an Equity registered professional vintage jazz, blues and swing vocalist with 10 years performance experience. I’m also a burlesque/cabaret compère and show-woman, devoted glamourpuss and pin-up model.

In my vocal performances I take inspiration from the charismatic and soulful Divas of years gone by: Etta James, Ella Fitzgerald, Nina Simone, Laverne Baker, Ruth Brown and Dinah Washington. As a compère I am vivacious, playful and capable of creating the right mood for a variety of occasions.
In addition to my solo work I am a member of TC & the Swingcats , purveyors of smokin’hot swing, jumpin’ jive and rockin’ R n B from the 1930s, 40s and 50s.
