As for the group, I received the request but bloody MoB won't let me join it. This place would be far easier to use if they sorted out some of the site coding issues. I will keep trying.

No I'm not Equador Zaha. It's easy to tell us apart; He's got talent.

I'm actually based In Derbyshire which is approximately bloody miles from London. However I do get down to the big smoke on occasion so there's always a chance of meeting up for a coffee. Might be doing some work down there soon (For my grown up business which I do in the daytime). I also have a few contacts who might be able to get you some stage time (Nothing promised of course).

It's always nice to meet fellow performers anyway.

Alternatively there's always the wonder of Skype which saves on petrol and means I can fake the light to make myself look presentable.

I'm still a real newbie when it comes to being a compere - and to be honest I'm just quick at thinking on my feet rather than an organised (or good) compere.

I'm happy for you to pick my brain, but must warn you that the "compere pool" is like a puddle rather than a pool of knowledge x
