Thread: Social meet up at charity event in West London Yacht club.

Hello, My name is Rex and I work with a charitable maritime organisation in London on the River Thames.

We are putting on a one night burlesque show at a yacht club in West London. It occured to me that it might be a good place to invite members here free of charge for a meet up/social night.


My pal adam has aranged some burlesque evenings in battersea at the duchess public house and also in shoreditch at last days of decadence and I help him out with uniforms and costumes for his acts.

We should be putting on a nautical themed burlesque evening with guests seated at tables with waiter/waitress table service for drinks. There will be a bar and standing social area also.

We hope to arrange some sexy sailor nautical berlesque acts for the evening.

It seems to me like a good event for a get together and a bit of a social. None of the members would be charged for entry, although if you bought a few raffle tickets that would help out.

The whole evening is for raising money for wounded amputees servicemen to teach them how to drive a boat on the river thames to help with their therapy programe.

We dont condone politics of war and conflicts, we just want to help some of the poor sod's who where sent somwhere to be blown up.

It would be a costumed event and most of us will be in uniform or nautical historic costumes.

You are more than welcome to join us, free of charge, as long as you are a participating member of these forums.

I can reserve one large round table seating ten people and you will be made to feel welcome.
