Thread: Who fancies a bit of fun and a meet-up in Birmingham this Saturday morning?

Bring cushions!!! Or something to sit on like a picnic blanket or spare jumper or something....and bring flasks of hot water for tes/coffee!! :excited:

Wish I was going, Id be all boingy and bring people drinks and have packed all manner of snacks (crisps, buns, choccies....fruit) my picnic blanky, spare pencils, erasers, coloured pencils.....:excited:

Poor excuse, granted; but it's a big, monster, important, annual career-related night out. Bloke will be in tow, but no faz this weekend.

Anyway, sadly Dr Sketchy's is the same day as the workshop.ops: Damn the busy Brum burly clashing calendar!

I wasn't even sure how I was going to get to Brum, to be fair!

Plans are back on now - my OH reckons he should take El Kapitan to the pub and leave us to the burly get-together ^_^

Me and Ditzy will be there, we could both do with a nice day out. Wrap up up warm though everyone. Dont let glitz and glamour backfire on you with getting the flu!

Decadent Gent is right. Wrap up folks. Also bring a big brolly just in case.

Plan B is we retire to a nearby coffee shop in the warm and dry. I have loads of photos of the Floozie and sketch paper and pencils -I know its cheating a bit but we could sketch in comfort if it decided to pour!!
