Yeap. It's a really beautiful venue. I did my first 'proper' gig there during the summer and it's been a great springboard for bigger and better things. Not to mention, for a lot of twirlers, a killer way to ease your family & friends into what, exactly, you do and what burlesque is all about.

I think we are all going through massively early and haven't arranged travel stuff yet so not sure how we are getting there - Calliope will also be there manning the Queen bea stall on the night, so you may be able to cadge a lift with her?

I'll be meeting up with Calliope on Saturday so I can check what her plans are then - although I suspect it might wind up with IOlair and I giving other people lifts rather than the other way around as we're turning into quite a party going over to Glasgow on Thursday! :twothumbs:

Hey just noticed this thread! Have an aces time this weekend- can't make the meet up as, ironically will be performing down in Brum; the inspiration for the meet-up! But sure that and the workshop will be great.
