Thread: Fancy some japanese television?

I am selling something very strange!

here's the listing from Craigslist:

VHS JAPANESE TELEVISION COLLECTION

Collection of 80+ VHS tapes, each filled with entertainment shows recorded from Japanese TV from the early 90's. We bought this collection years ago from a second hand shop in Yaohan plaza and - as best as we can figure it - it was the result of people recording shows from Japanese TV and then sending the tapes to their friends or relatives who has moved to the UK.

It's a completely unique collection of great viewing for anyone who is a fan of Japanese culture - it's all here - crazy game shows, huge variety spectaculars, bizarre comedy shows - and lots and lots of embarassing adverts featuring US stars.

We haven't watched them all, so can't vouch for the exact contents of every tape, but all the tapes we have watched have been as described - and they've all been incredibly enjoyable!

We're only offering them for sale because we're moving house & would love to see them go to a good home. We're in South London - you'll need to collect, and they need to be gone within the week.

£40 the lot.
