I'm out of burlesque shape!!! Recommendations???
So I used to be a bit more (well, A LOT MORE) flexible two years back when I performed and rehearsed more regularly.
I went to rehearse for my May show last night and felt like I was 100 years old...I'm so out of burlesque shape!!!
Can anyone recommend a yoga DVD, youtube video or whatnot? I feel like an idiot...and old, stiff, idiot.
What do you do to stay in a good state of flexibility? Oy vey! I need help...I can't even touch my nose to my knees anymore...

If it is just flexability you are after, stretch everyday. You can find simple stretches all over the tinterwebs.

yoga is amazing.
I also love my mini trampoline i just watch chicago in dvd. and bounce and jog everytime someone sings. its my Chicago workout.
