Thread: Immodesty on the Catwalk

I didn't know whether to post this here or in fashion but as the Dita/JPG thread is here this makes a nice companion (and precursor). I thought you all would appreciate it.

From the Ziad Ghanem AW10 couture show. This is stunning and brilliantly engineered. The fastening on the dress, the shaping on the corset. This is a corsetmaker's dream outfit!

I would LOVE a project like that for someone, but even a vastly simplified version would be pretty costly.

There are some little tricks he's used there though that I'd love to try out. There's some really clever shaping in that corset and the attached underskirt is genius.

I loooved this. It totally blows me away even thoigh I've watched it about 50 times. Immodesty is such an amazing performer and the outfit is jaw dropping.

I love how she is almost like a giant flower and how the dreen layer just comes off by her pulling a ribbon. wow.
