I know discussing Slimming World in such a size accepting community might seem a bit odd but I know a few - if only a handful - of other peformers do the Food Optimising thing & wondered if anyone could offer a li'l help please?

I'm trying to batch cook some main meals to freeze for those "can't be arsed to cook something proper" days but seem to be stuck for ideas other than shepherd's pie, bolognese, homemade burgers & meatballs, & various soups. What else is Slimming World friendly (preferably syn free or very low in syn) that is fairly cheap, quick, & easy to make in batch to freeze for later?

Also, if anyone has any bright ideas for syn free or low syn snacks to take along to shows without looking like a complete oddball that'd be really helpful. Fruit or salads get boring after a while, yogurts aren't really the easiest thing to eat backstage while everyone's scurrying around with costumes, & as much as I love the packs of cooked chicken tikka, eating such stinky food out is never a good idea!

I had lost two stone with Slimming World but over the last couple of months I've gradually gained half a stone in that awful lose-a-pound-then-gain-two cycle, so I'm determined to get my head back into things properly again to get back to my two stone mark if nothing else.
