Thread: I'm having an issue with PM's

Could one of the mods have a looky at my inbox please? For the last couple of days the alert on the main page says I have 1, then 2 new messages but they have yet to appear in my inbox. Are there any messages to be found or is it a gremlin in the log-in & alert?

We can't log into individual user accounts without a username and password and all PMs are securely encrypted on the server.

How many mails have your sent and received? Try deleting some of your old ones and see if this helps.

I've completely emptied my inbox and sent messages. Its still telling me I have 2, I'm guessing its just a gremlin?! X

I have the same hun, and i have deleted both my inbox and sent box xx

Well, there was me thinking I had become Miss popular with my 2 new messages, considering I have only EVER been sent 6 messages on MOB!

im getting the same now. its saying i have a message. but i dont. x

ah. wait. friend requests show as messages on the line telling you you have messages. click on it. click on user control panel. accept or reject your friend requests and that SHOULD sort out the problem. worked for me!! x

I've now got the same problem, and I've checked that it's not an incoming friend request and deleted a load of old messages.
