web sight set up help.
hi
the facebook store i set up for all girls are magpies keeps crashing (why am i not surprised though.)
it is a new business and i have very limited funds at the moment, has anyone set up there own e-shop without having loads of technical know how ? if so id be most grateful for a few hints and tips, i have looked at a few free web design links on the internet that include the hosting but i have no idea witch is the best one to use

Love try setting up an ebay or etsy shop much easier than a website!

If people can wait a couple more weeks, my new performer website system will be released. Currently it features the followng:
News, Information, Photo Gallery, Video Gallery, SHOP, Testimonials, Contact Form, Repertoire, Links, Contracts, Invoices, Events Calendar.

@Havana i looked in to esty but it doesn't give the option for custom made items witch is what i kinda specialize in, same for eBay, also i have had stuff on there before and they go for months unsold (and i have to re list every month witch is a ball ache and expensive when there is a lot of different items) x
@James i like the sound of what you are going to be doing a kind of one stop shop of burlesque

Etsy used to have a system called Alchemy which allowed custom work, but they have phased it out and are going to implement a new system and they give some suggestions about how you can make custom items for people here Tech Update: Alchemy Is Taking a Rest :: Etsy Blog so don't give up on them just yet

Hey chick, my bespoke pastie-and-merkin supplier has e-shops at folksy.com and cartel.com as well as ebay and etsy, so they may be worth having a look at.
She seems to do quite well with them, and has her Facebook group just for redirecting traffic and advertising. Although, we are at the stage where I just email her my requirements and paypal her the money direct!

thank you i am going to set up ebay and esty i think untill i can afford to get something more professional done by someone that knows what they are doing.
@cherry blossom yea its been ages, iv been super bizzy with work, masters, dancing, heresy, allgirls are magpies, arial and trying to fit in a life around all of those things (easier said than done) lol hope your well x

Hay Lovely! Mrsite have a Pro package with the facility and option of setting up a shop, they have things like stock control, Paypal secure payment scheme, and a whole load of other things to do with having a shop
I must say my Mr site is easy to use and set up was fast.
There £99 for the year and if you want to refer though me there is a discount as I am already a member. Hope this helps hun!
