Working out has never been so glamorous!!

The concept of Pin Up Body Workout is to embrace your curves.
As women we were all born with our own unique shapes and assets, Pin Up Body Workout encourages you to embrace, define and accentuate what you have been blessed with.

Pin Up Body Workout incorporates the values of the 1940's such as the immaculate glamorous make up and hairstyles, the women wore as well as the femininity that they oozed.


What to expect
1940s Makeover before your Pin Up Body Workout

Once we are all looking immaculate and fabulous we will then have a
1 hour Pin Up Body Workout

Pin Up Body Workout includes traditional exercises such as squats,
ab curls and lots lots more specially chosen exercises that will sculpt and define your curves whilst Rockabilly songs play in the background

After your workout we will have the glamourous tea party,so remember to bring your favorite vintage style dress to change into.
the tea party is a lovely opportunity for all pin up dolls to socialise and meet new friends and most importantly eat scrumptious cakes,sandwiches and sip on a cup of earl grey tea.

After all we deserve it!!
