Accessing MoB Via Dongles
Hey there,
Anyone else having issues accessing MoB via internet dongles? I have a '3' one and until a few months ago I was able to access the site. Since coming back from my tour of Australia I have been unable access it. I get an error message which apparently means the site refuses to acknowledge my connection....is this the case as it means I wont be able to use the site when away...although my all singing/dancing smartphone lets me see the gossip.

Hi James, seems I am not the only one with access issues when using 3. Domino Burlesk has stated on FB she is experiencing the same issues. Any resolution?

im having the problem with facebook and my O2 dongle. a little while back i had MOB issues on it, but not anymore
the facebook issues im having are that i cant click on anyones profile, including my own. its very frustrating. but i rang up O2 to complain and they are sending me a new dongle that they think will solve the problem. apparently dongles released this year are alot more powerful and can handle things quicker and better. if they wont give you one for free a new one is around £20. x

Actually I can't see MoB when using my default browser (internet explorer) and I had to download a new browser just to see this site (lol! It was worth it, though!!) x

the error code I get when attempting to access the site whilst using my dongle is because the website (MoB) wont authorise it.

This issue should now be fixed. Please try accessing with IE again and things should work.
As for the dongle problem, I'll temporarily remove the block sometime today and monitor things for a while. If we still have the same problem then I'll have to reinstate it, but hopefully it's now been long enough and the problem will have stopped.
Dongle users, please start checking from 12pm.
