When everything goes wrong, I either go for a long walk or dance it off - just improvize, it makes me feel better, and helps me let off steam!
Writing it down and thus venting also helps me.

When everything goes wrong, I tend to try and explain what went wrong to my friends, they don't get it and it makes me feel so much better as they obviously didn't notice! Yey!
Other than that, it's drinks and laughing at myself all the way.Love Venus x

I am a strange creature that quite often is overwhelmed by too many humans in one place at one time...a bit of lone wolf you might say.
In times where everything is a bit much to handle, ultimately I prefer to be alone. However, there are a number of things I do in order to get this time alone...
I hike off to the woods, scramble my way into the thick of it, sit on a log with my notebook and word vomit all over it. The breeze running through the trees is incredibly calming.
In times of anger, i turn to one of my true loves for guidance...Ludwig Van Beethoven! The crescendo of each symphony and my furious scribblings on paper with quill and ink allow me to vent and dispel anger.
And finally, improv!
It is glorious and artistic expression in its truest form.
Whether it be on a musical instrument (ones own voice included) or through dance etc, the intoxicating release it provides is simply wonderful (for me, improv dance is the choice every time)

I am a lone wolf too, but one who longs to be socially included, ah the irony. When everything goes wrong I move to another place and start again. Even if that place IS huddersfield lol

Go for a good long walk, buy shoes, open the emergency champagne. Then phone the friends.

Look at what made everything go wrong and try again from another angle. Perhaps everything was meant to go wrong? I always think things happen for a reason - even bad things (to prevent worse occuring in the future / prevent me from going down the wrong path / to set us up for the better).
All this 'evaluating' is, of course, after a few cocktails with my friends and a good laugh at what happened (things don't seem that bad after a couple of raspberry margaritas and Cariad Cwtch's awesome laugh!!)
