    Default Macrolane

    Hey All,

    Just a quick one. I was wondering if anyone out there has had any experience with Macrolane and whether they would recommend it as an alternative to implants.

    I know they only last 1year to 18months....but do they result in breast sagging afterwards? My boobs are pretty perfect but want to try out a bigger size without resorting to major surgery (and the fake look)

    All cosmetic surgery processes are too new to really know the full list of side effects of them. As you say, they're pretty perfect as they are. Why change that at all?
