We've currently got 400 guests reading stuff....what exactly are we talking about tonight that's so interesting?

I didn't realise Michelle's wedding was THAT interesting....or is it the remarkable things we can do with our boobs? Lord Dashwood's plot to overthrow all world leaders? Ahhhhh it's Dita isn't it.....or is it????

Or is it a particularly bad night on the telly?

Absolutely no idea! Every so often we receive traffic spikes like this. Normally it coincides with when we've been mentioned on TV. However I'm not aware of this happening tonight.

However we weren't aware of it the last few times either.

I'm actually strangely glad that this is happened because we're going to be receiving lots of traffic over the next few days due to a tie-in with a major newspaper (more info shortly) and it's given me a chance to perform a couple more tweeks to the virtual nipples of the database server.

Hopefully the speed should be more or less back to normal even though we still seem to be receiving major traffic.

I know there was a bit about burlesque on that sex ed progrmme which credited the popularity as being down to Dita (again). Maybe there is a tonof teenage girls suddenly realising they want to do burlesque for their partnners.

I think Heather has the answer for you - apparently there was some burlesque on The Sex Education Show on Channel 4 this evening.

Oh blimey, am I going to have to leave the house again to buy a newspaper?

Oh dear, please make sure the paper gets it right - we really don't need another World Famous Bob Show article like the Candy Box got landed with.

Thank goodness we can point them in the direction of James's lovely image up top and say FAQ YOU....

Seriously, it will be lovely to see the world of burlesque spreading further into the nation's consciousness and having the opportunity to convert some more people into the 'don't listen to the media, it ain't what you got, it's how you use it' school of positive body-image (no matter what shape or size)

Actually, it's more of a cross-promotion. However you can rest assured that Burlesque won't be mis-represented. Kittie and I are very used to the press approaching us 'with an angle' and we're more than savvy to it by now.

I often joke to Kittie that she should record her 'What Burlesque ISN'T' monologue as she says it so often to journos who want to misrepresent burlesque.

We normally insist on a final sign-off of any article before it goes to press nowadays too as there used to be times when we would read quotes attributed to ourselves and think "Not only did I never actually say this, but I've never implied it and it's the complete opposite of what I actually said!"

Of course, it helps that we now have a legal department, so the press is less likely to take the piss!

Sigh............My wedding day...... And it is raining in Wareham............But, I think I know what the problem is with the site................Sigh........Tis me I am afraid.........The amount of piggin CD's I have PMing and emailing me and yahoo messaging me and friggin Skyping me about what I am doing is UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! Most are looking for "rude pics" though. So, they are all perusing your wonderful MoB site..............I....I....will stop telling them....honest I will........can you forgive me James, Kittie, Me Lud Dashwood? I am soooo sorry :cry: ...sniff...blubber....

On a more serious note though. It has just taken time 30 minutes to do five minutes in our house this morning.....................Talk about time running slllllllooooowwwwwwww!!
