Feeling peculiar
Hello all
Firstly, apols for the randomness of this post. I feel really weird and nervous today, kind of the way you feel before you have a job interview. I'm at work at the moment and its very quiet today and I can't even feel calmer surfing the web, which usually works for me, so I thought I'd post here for a bit of friendly interaction.
It isnt helping that my boyfriend is being weird and 'male' - maybe that's it.
Ho hum. Anyway, if anyone has any suggestions how I can stop feeling antsy or even anyone out there who just wants to chat/vent blah blah blah. It'd be nice to hear back.

maybe it's the weather hon? If there's nothing in particular that you're worried about, it might just be a subconscious thing.
I read somewhere that one of the last intuitive reactions human beings have is a reaction to changes in the weather which is why people often complain of headaches before a storm - isn't that crazy?
Of course you might have stuff on your mind in which case
Hope you feel better soon hon

Both myself and my Mum get that strange un-provoked nervous feeling every now and again. My Mum is sure it's to do with vitamin B deficiency, but then, she always puts sensations/illness down to diet... x

Big hugs to you. I get this too, never entirely sure if its a little something left from when I had depression, or if its hormones, or something totally unrelated. Either way I've learnt to recognise it and know it'll be gone in a day or two
Its really crappy at the time though so en extra hug for luck :-)

Oh I get that too. It just makes me feel even more nervous because then I'm convinced there is something I should be dreading but I have just forgotten it.

My OH does - sometimes he gets in a really bad mood and can't sit still, so he has to go for a walk or something. He gets all antsy and fidgety - as if he needs to do something physical after sitting behind his desk all day. It's odd to see.
I just get migraines around thunderstorms. I thought it was absolute rubbish - until I spoke to my manager at my old job and it turned out the last three times I'd had migraines, so had she ...

Poor vegan bea. ,maybe pretend youv eaten stake and chips and she'll worry less.
Im sure iv got that sad seasonal thing. Don't bode will with dark mornings or cold weather in the slightest and if ive been cooped up in the house for to long when it's pelting down i tend to get headachie and nauzious.
My friend ste had it so badly it was like watching a bi polar episode.
One minet he's Jazz hands and J-Lo the next a it was solumness and being low.
He got a light box and that helped.
Also his mommy spoiled him with a new puppy and mirrors on the wardrobes.
Soup and sleeping infront of the fire does me.
