Well this is a nice thread... I don't know why I never noticed it before!

My burlesque crushes are...

Leyla Rose and Missy Malone, obviously - I clearly have a lot of competition for these ladies' affections! They are beautiful ladies who take my breath away when I see them perform. Also the two of them almost fell over themselves (and each other) to give me a hello hug the other day! In my mind, this means they love me...

Lucille Burn is one of the loveliest ladies I've met too. She's a sweetheart, she's gorgeous and she has a beautiful singing voice! So she goes on my list, alongside her partner-in-crime Rufus T. Fahrenheit. Rufus uses the 'treat 'em mean to keep 'em keen' approach with me - he'll say something lovely and complimentary one minute and then ruin it by slagging me off the next. What can I say? I'm a sucker for boys who can rip the pish out of me! It's just a shame he's a talentless loser who is riding on his girlfriend's coattails... *sniggers* I jest, of course. Both Rufus and Lucille make me feel very special!

Lily Dumont is so, so pretty and such a sweet girl. She's funny (both on and offstage) and multi-talented and very clever. She was also one of the first burlesque performers I really met and got to know so I have a fondness for her that I don't have for anyone else. I associate her with very specific times and events that I don't associate others with.

And finally the fabulous Beatrix Von Bourbon. Aside from her fabulous looks (that killer smile!) and talent, she is one of the funniest people I know. She cracks me up without even trying. She's the most fun and I could sit and have a carry on with her for hours (in fact, I have done!).
