I was hoping to hear about a job today, but nothing yet. I hate not knowing whether that means I haven't got it, or they're just not as quick to ring as they said there would be.
The only productive thing I did today was cut my fringe. It's more Bettie Page now, but really short as I didn't have much to work with in the first place! Only now it's got me thinking about whether to grow my hair long.....

I've been to college today, out for lunch with a friend and then I helped set up a friend's craft fair (we only had about ten people come in and no-one made any money. Such a shame as there were some lovely things.)
Tomorrow we are having our burlesque meet up - so excited! Then my special friend is coming over for dinner. No plans as yet for Sunday.

I had a bit of a rubbish day yesterday but today was brilliant!
I went to uni and had an interesting lecture on the significance of picture books in children's writing development and we get to make our own picture book! So excited! Mine is going to be about my little teddy pig Fluffy who I have had since I was 8:
Story in a nutshell
There is a little girl who has loads of stuffed toys. As soon as she gets a new one, her favourite is replaced and shunned. Then on Christmas she gets a super fluffy pig, which she names Fluffy.
He is her favourite and all the other teddies warn him that she will get bored soon. But Fluffy is a defiant pig and won't listen.
As time goes on, Fluffy remians by her side- as she goes on holidays, starts secondary school, even going with her to university. Then she meets a lovely man who takes to Fluffy and calls him their pet.
They get married, and Fluffy watches on happily. But then they don't come back.
Fluffy waits... and he waits... and he waits...
Then, out of nowhere, she returns, tanned from her honeymoon. She picks up Fluffy, hugs hm and says "I missed you Fluffy".
Ok, it's pretty rough but it's only a little thing we need to do and we don't have long to do it.
Anyway, then after uni I went to town to get a card for my little brother who is 9 today. I went to my Mum's to see him which was lovely
We played Buzz on his new PS2 with his best friend which was great fun.
Then I came home, missed the bus and had to wait an hour for the next one
and got an Indian takeaway.
So all in all a good day :twothumbs:Snowflakes and Sparkles

Haha yeah it's all true. Fluffy is my pig. Except obviously, I'm not married and haven't left Fluffy behind whilst on honeymoon.
