Hmmm. I am going to try and work out why some of you don't have smileys.

Ohhh! I might have worked it out! Go to your Member Control panel by clicking up there towards the top left hand corner and choose 'Edit Options'. You'll get a page with lots of options relating to logging in and messaging and that sort of thing. At the bottom of that page is a section called 'Miscellanious Options' with a drop down for you to choose your 'Message Editor Interface'. I just changed mine to basic text box and now I have no smileys. So if that's what you've got, change it to 'Enhaced Interface' and you should get the smileys and can boing and grin away 'till your heart's content.

I assume you've worked out you need to reply, and not 'quick reply'.

Anyway, I don't see up side down text, just rows of boxes!

I was reading something that had a review of the movie Memento printed backwards for a joke and I noticed that I can read backwards and upside down writing really easily. This is normal right? Cos my husband told me I was a freak. He may well have meant it as a compliment though

When I was 16 I used to write in my diary upside down and back to front. It took a bit of practice but I became really good at it and could write like it almost as quickly as I normally did.

I soon got bored of that though and lost the knack.

Surprisingly normal, if you happen to be left-handed.

I'm naturally right handed but I became kind of ambidextrous when I fractured my fingers as a teenager and had to write with my left hand for a while, so that could explain it. Cheers Miss D :twothumbs:
