Thread: Fleur's idea...

Well Fleur had the idea for me to post full pics of myself, so ya could say what ya think.
So ive posted some in the album 'just me'.

So please have a gander and come back here to tell my what ya REALLY think.

Im not being vein, but this will a) prove to me that my figures not that bad really
or b) prove to you guys that im right when i complain
cos my figure isnt so good hehe

So please be brutally honest

I just had a quick look, and from my point of view i have to say that i cant see a problem with your figure.

Honestly, i think the main problem may be in you thinking your figure isnt the best. Confidence breeds attractiveness, and so a lack of confidence in yourself could be the problem, but hopefully this post and lots of people replying saying your a hottie or whatever may be just the ego boost needed!

Hmm, well we can't really see you too well due to darkness - but the third one is very nice and shows your figure the best.

You're very much in proportion, not top or bottom heavy, and proportion is one of the most sought after features of a female figure (I know I want it!), so you have nothing to worry about on that front.

You don't look overweight or underweight, but a decent healthy mid-weight, which is good.

Personally I can't see at all what you're worried about, there's nothing wrong with you. You're just seeing imperfections that really aren't there. You don't look like a fashion model, true - but then you never will, not if you want to remain healthy and happy. It would take you a lot of hard work to get and maintain a fashion model figure and it wouldn't be fun! Most of us aren't built like that.

Do you feel healthy in yourself? If your body seems happy enough at the shape and size it is then you really do have nothing to worry about. I'm going to guess you're about a size 10 - which many women would kill to be!

I do understand though, that just because people tell you there's nothing wrong with you, that it's not going to get rid of your insecurities. Maybe try a gentle gym routine to tone yourself up? That would give you more confidence in yourself and show you that your figure is fine, hopefully. But don't get too wrapped up in dieting, because if you do you'll probably never be happy with yourself. If you accept what you have and the good points of it, and set realistic goals for self-improvement, then you'll keep a healthy outlook on life. Just don't get obsessed with your weight and figure, because that's when you get unhealthy ...

Hope that helps you a bit - and I'm sorry if I overstepped the mark at any point, because I've spouted a lot of stuff that you didn't really ask for. But I worry about you sometimes and I want to give you as much encouragement as possible!

One last thing - don't be afraid to wear more fitted and figure hugging clothes! You'd look fab in a slinky dress and a waist cinching belt to show off your waist - that'd compliment your proportions nicely ...

Thank you Fleur, youre right, i am a size 10.
I feel out of proportion sometimes though, cos i have big hips, but (to me) small boobs.
But, i know, we've been through this already, i am pretty much in proportion.
Im gonna get some more pics taken, better ones where ya can actually see me properly hehe, so feel free to comment them.

I agree with everything Fleur said- you look absolutely fine. Lovely figure from what I can see and all in proportion :hug:

Hokey, honesty is a virtue and it gets me in lots of trouble coz telling lies is not a forte of mine. The pics do NOT do you any favours what so ever. I see a VERY pretty lady though, with a great figure, amazing eyes but, do yourself a favour sweetheart, get some pics done by a photographer. He/she will be able to show you in your best "light" etc and so forth. If you are in Dorset or Hampshire or Wiltshire I would be up for doing a small portfolio of you for your own use.

Have to agree hon - terrible pics but that's it. I can't see anything wrong with your body. You'll look back and wonder what you didn't like in a couple of years.

Try some different styles of clothes - it's amazing what the wrong style can make you believe about your body - and try some you wouldn't normally ever try.

Try and get some good photos done - it's amazing how good it can feel when you have a picture you love and think you look great in
