Thread: Meanful Meanderings For 8th to 14th December

Got up to go to the loo at 07:00, looks out the bedroom window right into a blood red sunrise!!!!!! "YES!!" said I, "A decent pic of a decent sunrise!" Jumps into joggers, sweatshirt, trainers and an old coat, grabs new camera, goes storming out into the freezing cold and......................................The fricken clouds had come in more and the sunrise was all gorn:cry:

So, breakfast then "Out to work" in Poole with camera, might be a square rigger in or somethign else decent to photograph for me postcards I am doing.

Morning everyone!!!!

I've had a great weekend and got a great weekend ahead...:excited:.

I'm doing shoots every day this week with another celebrity in the midst too - TipTop Photography - photographer to the stars :excited:

I'm just about to get breakfast and then its go go go :twothumbs:

oh i got photo shoot on wednesday is everyone doing photo shoots this week lol

Monday meeting Louise for shopping ok carrying her bags!!!!!

Tuesday nought planned yet

Wednesday photo shoot with Jadzia

Thursday club with a few m8s

Friday social at pub

Errrrrrmmmmmmmmmm, Mr Web Master person? I did not type 8th to 14th December in the heading this morning?? I typed Mondays Meaningful Meanderings?

So does that mean the powers that be want the same thread all week?

Surely not, each day has a different start therefore each thread should have a different start?

Anyway, for all. My morning in Poole was quite good, lots of sea mist, lots of gloom, lots of darkness, lots of camera not liking the gloomy mist etc BUT, I did get three brill images for my sea scapes section of my web site when I put up a page for sea scapes.

Also, did you all know that, part of the film "The Heroes of telemark" was made on Poole Harbour next to the RNLI biulding? No, neither did I till this morning.

I got accosted by two gentlemen, one was an old "Sea Dawg" of around 80 who confided in me that things wern't the same since the "Big Ships" had left the harbour.

The other gut was the one who told me about the telemark film THEN he launched into a tirade of abuse about photography, saying how wrong it was for the government to bring out all these new laws stopping people from taking pics............"What "new" laws?" said I. "These effing laws that stop us from taking photo's Jock!! So, I took out my paper work from the course I was on AND from the government about how ALL types of ordinary photography on common and or public land was perfectly ok. "Oh, must be to stop people like you taking photo's of ME or my dog then, I tell you mate, any effer who asks for a photo my dog gets told to eff of mate!! And if they TAKE a photo I will just rip the effing camera from the effin bastards and break it coz no effin photographer is taking effing pictures of MY dog so they can STEAL him!!" This was said in full rage with purple face, waving arms and lots of froth.

I explained quite camly, for me, how and where he was wrong etc and what to do if some one was using a camera around him then I told him that unless I or another 'tog actually physically walked UP to him and imaged his face OR his wee dog, there was absolutly nothing he could do about people taking pics coz he would have a hard bloody time in court trying to PROVE we deliberatly imaged his wee dog OR him and anyway, that type of person would NOT be wandering around in full sight with a fuck of great big camera with sod of great big telephoto lens on the end of it...............Stupid dickheaded fucked up muppet of a no brained twat!

Well my week has got of to a good start - I passed my driving test! I'm so relieved it's over hopefully it will end as well and I'll find I've done really well in my essay and got my first choice of hospital (a girl can dream!).
