Techie help for 9 year old
Hi
please, pretty please can anyone help?
my 9 year old boy is really into Machinamo, basically it's machine animated movies, made using games like Halo3 to generate the footage, then you add a soundtrack etc.
My son is so excited about this. He has worked out storylines what music he will use etc.(no metallica to much hassle with copyright! his very words)
It's so flustrating as most of the tutorials are for US formats. I have no real clue and it seems no one at eles has either (a trip to various computer, game stores a total waste of time:wallbash
What he needs is a video capture card that goes into an Xbox 3 (one that works in uk) also he has been useing a video camera bought in the US it records but we can't get it to play back on the PC, the video editing thing comes up but there is nothing to open or save whats on the camera?
As you may have guessed I'm not very technically inclined but I do at least RTFM any help would be greatly appricated.WARNINGWarning: This is an Old Thread
