Thread: Royal Variety Performance

Our supposed to be do this evening was a damb squib so we came home early. Who watched the Royal Variety performance tonight? Take about the best one I personally have ever had the pleasure of watching!

Talk about Parody and Burlesqueishness, fab acts, Cliff and the Shads looking and sounding as young as when they first started out, Jimmy Carr, old Tarby giving it his all.................For me, it was quite an emotional night watching it. I laughed and I cried.

The ballet routine was sooooooooooooo funny.

Even the Pussy Cat Dolls were a bit good.

There were only two acts I didn't like, one was the lass called Duffy and the other was Rihanna, I normally like Rihanna but tonight she semed a wee bit stale and I have NEVER liked that Vibrato of Duffy's!

Any one elses thoughts?

Actually I like Duffy, but it's horses for courses, innit.

I watched it until Heroes, and I thought the Ballet act was fabulous...
