Green tea is super good for you! I've been a fan for years. Japanese Sencha is the strong version but it gives me headaches if i have more than one cup a day. I'm loving ginger and lemongrass tea at the moment, i drink it byt the pot at work, much better than drinking coffee. I dont want to know what that's doing to my colleagues skin.

I find green tea to be hit and miss. Sometimes I really like it, other times it tastes like something you'd find at the bottom of your garden. I need to seek out the tea Cherryfox gave me - green tea but with berries to make it sweet, mmm-mmm!

The one thing to remember when making yourself a cup of green tea .. its very lightly coloured, but that does not mean it wont be strong tasting, just don't leave the bag or loose leaves in your cup for too long or you will get a bitter taste,
I always put honey in my green tea, i don't think anything could taste better than fresh honey though!
