MoB Weight Watchers!!
I was just thinking, i've gained a few pounds over christmas and have decided toning is not enough, i would like to loose weight too, and instead of joining some expensive gym/weight loss group/online diet plan, if anyone else fancied it, perhaps we could have a group on here? We could have a weekly weigh in (maybe every wednesday, no need to say your weight if you don't want, just how much you've lost and your total loss so far??) And we could also give each other hints and tips and a bit of moral support when we find ourselves reaching for that last mince pie?!
If anyone else needs motivation like i do after living on booze and lard for three weeks, i think this could work!!!

I think this a great idea!
Ive gradually put on some pudge over the last few months and would like to get back to my original size. I've no idea what i weigh and don't own any scales but would certainly be up for hints and tips on getting back in shape.

I'd love to join in although I am starting Slimming World tomorrow - I know I'll cheat if I try and go it alone so to speak so I need extra motivating!

Ooh I'll join. I haven't actually started yet as there is still so much chocolate/biscuits etc from Christmas I think it's best to get rid of all that first. Then I don't have the temptation around me.

hey folks ,
i have been on the weight watchers points plan for about 6 weeks and i have lost 4 KG
just over half a stone !! 81.9kg start - now 77kg - goal weight 70kg
very pleased. only put back on a small amount over crimbo
WW really does give you a better idea of what you can eat and how much .
i am loving fitting into all my clothes properly again.
its all about choices - i get 20 points a day - roughly 75 calories per point
i have cereal with semi s milk or toast with marmite for breckky then a homemade soup for lunch or rice salad with fish or a fish finger sandwich.
then for dinner lots of veg with salmon , a turkey steak or a homemade bean burger.
i snack on fruit and WW yoghurts .
my homemade beetroot soup is 0.5 points per bowl !! so i am making a lot of that at the moment - its super yummy too .
watch what you buy !!!!if you buy it, you have to eat it, so avoid the naughty stuff and treat yourself to exotic fruits .
eat fruit , did i say that already ?
drink water
my WW weigh in day is wednesday anyway
if anyone wants to ask the points values of anything i'll look it up.:twothumbs:
