in honour of stupid Scots in the Big Brother hoose....

Yeah don't MoB seem to go to bed very early....

I believe James brought these messages in for himself so he remembered important life requirements like sleep and food.

I remember those days - 11 o'clock and the world would be going to bed or getting merry on a night out, and I was beginning my shift ...
