    Terminal insomniac.

And with that said, I'm off to bed. I have to be at the gym at 10am and my instructor will make me do a workout. Joy. Must see if I can grab a couple of hours' kip first ...

Dito and Dito ,slight insomniac, and a mountain of work to do.

Though you couldn't pay me to wake up at ten to go to the gym,
    hellllllll, no.

Whats wrong with a nice walk or a yogalates dvd or a swim.

Na plans for tomorrow, flyering, and meeting up with some of the manchester girlys for a sugar fix.

i'm still up. adams at work tonight so my body clocks the same as his at the moment. i wouldent say i'm a night owl, but i am much better in the evenings and early nighttime. my parents tell me i've always been like it, screaming and active at night, fast asleep in the morning.

I am well and truely up for the day now, went to my nephews naming celebration yesterday and there was lots of alcohol..........I have been tossing and turning all night trying to sleep, but have given up now because I had really bad heartburn. That'll teach me to be a lush!

However it was a fab night, and I embarrased my oldest son by getting up and dancing to cheesy 70's music so worth the pain

aside from being a chronic insomniac also... i'm trying to adjust to the new time zone and the fact that i've gained an extra 10 hours... i don't know when i'm sleeping and when i'm awake. there's not much sunshine here, eh? it's too easy to trick my brain. but not so cold as i anticipated, so i'm happy
    coffee, anyone? haha.

Walking bores me, and it's too cold for it.

I don't have the motivation for DVDs, you really have to stick to a regime that you plan yourself and make yourself do it.

    I can't swim.

I find the gym convenient because it's literally round the corner from where I work so once I've finished work I can mosey on over there and do myself a gentle workout without really having to motivate myself to do it. I'm already there, so why not? Plus I find it works for me where other exercise methods don't. It makes me feel quite good about myself too - apart from this week where my instructor has more than doubled my activity level, owwieee!

I've actually noticed that it's staying light for longer recently! It's much better in summer!

And how cold did you think it would be???

well... i guess it is as cold as i expected, but it hasn't been very windy where i am, and i think it's the wind part that's killer haha. also, i stopped over in Korea, which was CRAZY cold, between 1C and -12C.... and it had snow. which was pretty coz i've never seen snow before
and also, after the heat of the summer back home, the cold was kinda refreshing... i'm sure i'll get over that refreshment pretty quick though heh, and then i'll just be cold. lol...
