    Default alergy

ok... iv recently been attacked by the worst eczema iv had (not bad compared to a lot of pple i know but its the worst iv had) its all over my chest stomach and neck.thro proses of elimination i think it maybe a result of 2 things as they are the only new things i have exposed my body two in the last week.
skin, hair and nails tablets and special k. i have never had a reaction to anything edible before. and was wondering if anyone has had a reaction to either of these things in the hope that it will help me work it out.i have had a test to check allergies to milk and wheat and they came back negitive but that was a long time ago. just wondered coz its sooooo itchy. iv cut them both out of my diet for the time being.

May sound like a silly question but have you turned up your central heating??

My husband suffers dreadfully when the heating is turned up - dry heat not good.

It could be a number of things... but I would suggest cutting back on the new additions i.e special k and the tablets.
Take some anti allergy tablets from the chemist and soothe with E45
