    Default Happy Pancake Day.

    Have a great pancake day everybody. I shall be making pancakes the old fashioned way, i.e. from scratch and not out of a packet.

    How about everybody else?

    Angel its the best way to make pancakes , and so easy

    My m8 Jewels used to buy packet mix till i showed her how easy it was, i also very simple (no remarks!!! lol) and just prefer robinsons strawberry jam and lemon in mine but my m8 yesterday had squirty cream in hers.

    I will also be making mine the "proper" way. Can't understand why anyone would buy a packet mix (unless they don't usually have flour in the cupboard). I've been brought up to have mine with sugar and lemon but I like jam too.

    aww thats a shame. I love yorkshire puds. Each to their own though. You'll have to celebrate pancake day with something else that you really like instead
