Is it like impetigo? Scabby itchy sores.

I hadn't heard of it either. I looked it up, seems to be most likely to be caused by a virus but isn't contagious. All they say to do to keep the itch down is anti-histamines, moisturisers and avoid getting hot.
Maybe try Lush Dream Cream.
I used to get bouts of eczema and allergies (though not anymore for some reason - think I was allergic to my ex!) and found that really helped soothe my skin. Unlike E45 which I felt made things worse.

it is scabby itchy sores but its not a bacterial thing or a fungus its supposedly a reaction to a virus. but they dont know a lot about it. from what i can gather. its bright red and nasty looking. its quite annoying that they dont know a lot about it and iv just got to sit it out coz its spread into my hair and a bit on my face. and iv been told it will prob just keep spreading then eventually it will run its corse and leave.

i have some emolent cream which seems to be keeping it from drying out quite well was gnna c if they have any good moisturers from love lula coz they are all organic and have no chemicals but iv been told to not use any form of soap on it so im not sure if that would make it worse.

I think you mean psoriasis (I know it's a funny word). The only reason I've heard of pityriasis rosea is because I'm a medical student.
I would avoid lush products, even though they are natural they could make it worse. Stick to the emolient you are currently using if it helps, don't bother experimenting unless nothing works.
