Default "the stone age diet" any tips?

Im asking for my dad, who has been reccomended to the stone age diet for his gout- he definately needs a healthy lifestyle change and he seems to really be trying to take this on, which is such good news! we all intend to keep it up with him so hes not the only one at the table with a dissapointing plate-full!
The problem is, in order to keep him going past the initial stage, we need to make it exciting for him- he likes his pizza, whiskey, and crisps and chilli, and the lack of salt, mayo and other synthetic sort of foods is going to prove really tricky for him- what we really need tips for is creating quick, easy and tasty breakfasts and lunches that revolve around-
    Vegetables and herbs
    Meat, fish etc

NO carbs other than small amounts of potatoes and rice (and not during the day)
NO fats other than natural oils like olive and sesame, no butter or marge.
NO dairy, including goats and sheep!
    NO wheat or gluten etc

We assume hes allowed oats and eggs, though thats not entirely clear!

Any help would be HUGELY appreciated, my pa is a really special guy, and we so want this to be a permanent change for him- THANKS MY LOVELIES!!

In the stone age diet you are allowed eggs but no oats I'm afraid! I'll see if I can think of any suggestions but it is quite a strict diet. Though I've heard good things about it.
