Ours is really busy, and WHENEVER you order food and ask them to take away the left over plates on the table, they just say 'when we bring yours over, we'll take the others', being the person i am i pile them on the floor, or spread them about on to other empty tables, i mean who wants to sit for 30 mins while they microwave your pasta while looking at someone's food remnants and half pint, and god forbid getting them mixed p with your half pint!

Our local one is terrible on the food front. I went in there once and ordered a panini, which was supposed to come with a green salad on the side. I got the panini with no salad, no garnish, no nothing, on a greasy dirty plate. The OH took it to the bar to complain, who told him to take it to the kitchen. They took the plate from him with a tut, and brought it back a few seconds later. The same dirty plate, but they'd put two or three scraps of iceberg lettuce on the side. Needless to say, I've never been back ...
