I find Mr. Hawley's drummer particularly good fun, personally! I'm sure many Candy Box regulars are fans too!

I really can't wait for the new album. If you go on his forum you can speak to the man himself. I'm too shy to ops:And I plan to take my Dad and Step Mum to see him too if he plays the south.

Heh heh...you really do need to come to the next Candy Box, Bluejay! Richard Hawley's drummer is the Candy Box's band drummer too! He (our drummer) just got married last weekend- my husband Al was his best man and both Richard Hawley & Imelda May sang a few songs at the reception!
    Small world eh?

    Small world indeed.
I didn't know, until rcently, that Al G. Base player of The Rhythm Riot Band,
and Al Palooka were one and the same.
Has Robin sent you a bundle of flyers to distribute yet?

I've seen a flyer around the house but I think we usualy got out of that particular job...at least for a while yet!
The Rhythm Riot is where my poor wee girl celebrates her birthday every year!
(the only year we missed was when I was giving birth!)
