They normally start posting out tickets 2 weeks before a gig. Lilly and I only got our AC/DC tickets for today a week ago, so you should probably not stress too much yet.

I've booked tickets where they have turned up a week after booking. I've also had some turn up two days before.
Don't worry, if it gets to, say, a week before and still nothing, get n touch with the ticket company. You should have been given a tracking number thing.

I wouldn't worry just yet - booked tickets for Muse at Wembley 6 months before the gig, the tickets turned up 6 days before! Try checking any online forums linked to the artist - there will normally be some threads about upcoming gigs and people will usually say when their tickets start arriving/checking so that others haven't got theirs yet either.
Normally ticket companies say that if you haven't received your tickets a week before the gig to contact them, so you've got some time to spare.

Hi chick, one of my day jobs (I have two) is at a ticket agency. To cover our backs we say to expect the tickets 'No later than 48 hours before the event'. The promotors always send us the blank tickets to print up really late to stop people ebaying them so usually from us tickets go about a week before at best - I worked there this weekend and on Sunday there were tickets that still hadn't been sent out for a big show on Wednesday!
If you had booked these with us there would be almost no chance you would get them so early!

Don't worry, it should be fine.
I'm still waiting on tickets for a gig on the 12th. Oh and you'll love Springsteen, I've seen him a few times. My parents are going to his gig in Dublin, not sure what date it is. Around the 11th.
