A night out at the Moulin in Paris? Not cheap, but I bet it's worth it

It's my husbands birthday in July also. I've booked us a night in an old boutique hotel about which would be about 2hrs from Birmingham. It looks lovely on the internet - quaint, but definitely not twee, and chic and you can hire bikes and order a picnic hamper full of yummy delights...all I need now is the sunshine. If you want to know where, mail me...not keen to put my whereabouts in a public forum..
