Thread: Newbie introduction

Hi! Thought i'd introduce myself. I'm 28 from and from the east midlands.

I've loved that 50's pin up look for as long as i can remember. I think it is so feminine, flattering my 'vintage' figure in a way modern cuts just don't. I also built up a collection of vintage power compacts.

I've only stumbled across the uk scene in the last few months. In fact mainly since discovering VoH clothing.

I've wanted to try burlesque for ages and did a mob workshop on a hen do and loved it! I'm looking for classes near me to continue.

hi stormy...welcome from a relative newbie!!! like yourself and many many others i love the whole 50s pinup look...have fun trawling the threads hun theres loads to learn...ive only done a few workshops and am awaiting local classes starting up...been to several local burlesque nights recently and had a ball!!!! its a fabby scene to belong to...some smashing folk to get to know...enjoy...ann.xx :kiss:
