Roll down your stockings, strap on your spats and tell the staff not to wait up... The ladies who brought you Blitz Ballroom are now ready to whisk you away to an altogether more decadent age!


It's 1927 and you're invited to the most decadent of houseparties where the wildest members of the upper set mingle with the jazz babes and beer cats of the city's hedonistic party scene.



Miss Fitz-Poste's Modern Mixers bring you Deco Dance - a tongue-in-cheek romp through the decade which saw the birth of the modern and the demise of the old order.



Learn to Charleston with a taster lesson from Zoot Swing, then get hot on the dance floor with Lord Holyrude on the gramophone, shop for the chicest of vintage accessories, partake of tea and cake or hit the hooch and experience performances from the best in 20s flavoured Dance, Burlesque and Cabaret including Zoot Swing, Kitsch Kats and Creme de la Cremation.

This sounds so incredibly cool, I'm gutted I can't make it. Top tip: any event organised by Miss Fitz and Miss Poste is guaranteed to be amazing.

We will also be running a repeat of Blitz Ballroom in May - hope you will be able to attend! We won't have space for all the same re-enactors but would love to chat to you about maybe getting a few folk along - will see you at Panopticon!

Really wish I could come... but exams are looming.

Three solid days of Burly fun!!!
What with Kabarett on friday, Va Va Voom on Saturday, and this on Sunday when are we going to get any rest!!!!

Will try and drag my wrecked body along to this, and if it's wanted, might be able to lift that heavy camera of mine and carry it along too...
