Edin/Gla Folks going to Delicious?
Hi guys,
I know this isn't really about the Scottish scene itself, but I wasn't sure where else to put it...
I'm thinking about going to Delicious on 31st July in Derby (I really want to go but just need to sort out travel etc), and I wondered if anyone else is going/wanting to go, and would consider car-sharing?
My man's offering to drive us down that morning, them back home after the show, so we wouldn't need to find accommodation. We've got a people carrier so there are lots of seats, and we'd be looking for a petrol contribution from everyone (this would be worked out once I've checked how many miles it is etc). The pick-up would be from a central location in Glasgow, but we could drop people off at their homes around town to be safe : )
Let me know if anyone's interested - thought it would be fun to do a Burlesque Road-Trip!

Yaldy!
I've spoken to my chauffeur about petrol costs etc. He reckons to do a round-trip to Derby will cost about £120 in petrol, so about £25 each if the Big Red Bus gets all filled-up with crazy Burlesquers and Mr Criticlicious.
BTW - I had a look at buses down - it was gonna take 9 hours from Edin - WTF!!! And the train was £100!! OMG!
Send me a wee PM on here or email to dollytartan@hotmail.co.uk to confirm you're def wanting to go, and I'll make a note to keep you a seat for sure. I'm going to book my ticket as soon as I get def confirmations from at least 3 of you, and I'm going for the seated VIP option. If you want me to book on your behalf as well that's fine, again just let me know and we can sort out the money etc.
There's 1 more seat up for grabs people.....
