CabareT in the Park

We are teaming up with Scotland’s biggest and best music festival, T in the Park, to bring a brand new innovation to the line-up for summer festival revellers.
For the first time T in the Park will have a dedicated cabaret tent showcasing a diverse programme of entertainment throughout the weekend; from stunning burlesque and electrifying circus performance to unique musical comedy and the country’s finest stand-up. There will literally be something to suit every taste.
Following the hugely popular trend in cabaret performance at festivals, made successful by Latitude and Glastonbury, Rhymes with Purple will bring some of the UK's brightest cabaret stars to the T in the Park stage. Including BBC Radio One favourites Frisky and Mannish, London’s darling of musical comedy Desmond O’ Connor, the incredible Joe Black, Edinburgh’s incredible Horndog Brass Band and home grown burlesque talent in the form of rock n’ roll beauty and Britain’s Got Talent star Daiquiri Dusk.
The programme of entertainment will run throughout the day with variety acts and DJsfor those who want to chill-out, something for kids and families in the form of the Bumbletree Children’s Cabaret, where the kids are the stars, and a stand-up comedy hour. Each jam-packed day will culminate with a spectacular late-night variety show that will dazzle the T in the Park crowds until 2am. This is just a flavour of what’s to come with announcements of new artists to follow in the weeks leading up to the T in the Park weekend.
We are confident that the cabaret tent is going to be a huge hit at T in the Park and a fixture for years to come.
