    Hi Chris

I would definitely be interested, depending in fees / dates.

    Regards

    Hi Woody,

If you'd like to drop us an email at blackfireburlesque@live.co.uk with what this entails, that'd be great. We'd also be available to do fire performance indoors and outdoors if that's something you'd be interested in?

    Kind regards,

    Dandy

Thanks Daiquiri: If you want to send me over a fee I'll pass this onto my clients.

Dandy, thanks for getting back to me. At the moment I'm just looking for waitresses, however, I do have a new night in Glasgow which features burlesque, comedy & magic it's called Enterteasement. I've had a chat with the venues and none of them are entertaining the idea of fire. However, some of the other venues that are looking to hire us have higher ceilings and therefore it shouldn't be a problem.

I did it once with an events company who were just setting up. They were running essentially a large tea party and had a few of us dolled up to pour tea and serve cakes. It was fun but it didn't go down too well because the people at the event just weren't that into it - in fact I got a few harsh looks and snotty comments. So I would say that as long as it's pitched to the right people it's definitely worth trying, just make sure you're prepared for any reaction you might get
