Dr. Sketchy Glasgow - what a party!
Just thought we should have a thread congratulating Lucille Burn and Rufus T Fahrenheit for last night's excellent Dr. Sketchy Birthday Bash in Glasgow!
I think it's fair to say it was a roaring success and a good time was had by all - I just can't believe it's all over!! All the performers were excellent and it was a pleasure working with them all - many of them for the first time!
I am so completely exhausted and I totally ache all over! Kitten on the Keys and I stayed up 'til 4am chatting (she's still in bed!) and to be honest I'm having trouble typing/spelling!! I'm also using far too many exclamation marks...
Anyway, many thanks and well done to Lucille, Rufus and of course the lady who started it all, Miss Molly Crabapple!
Photos and videos will be online soon... hopefully!
Big kisses to all xxxxx

Hear hear! And because she's way too modest, the amazing Miss Carrie deserves a huge thank you for keeping everything running smoothly and beautifully. As Rufus says, the entire venture resembled a swan - beautiful, elegant grace above the water, furious peddling below. It was a wonderful performance to be a part of and RWP should be immensely proud for bringing it about.

Lucille and Rufus did an excellent job looking after everyone and everyone involved was gracious and helpful which is great! (I was a cranky, stressed and very tired young lady so didn't chat much and in the end ran away and got the last bus back to Edinburgh.) I've just woken up just now and feel refreshed and ready for more.

Aww Cat, thank you for your kind words! xxx
I would like to point out that I seemed to hurt my finger yesterday so I will be contacting one of those 'No Win, No Fee' injury lawyers. I have no idea how I injured it because I didn't notice at the time, but that's hardly the point...
Backstage photos are up! They are currently on MySpace and should be viewable by all - MySpace.com - Miss Carrie - 27 - Female - Glasgow, Scotland - www.myspace.com/glitterknickers

I had an AMAZING time last night! With High Tease on Saturday then the Sketchy party in sunday, it has been one of the best burlesque weekends I've ever had!
The Sketchy party was such good fun and it was lovely to get the models together like that for a show. It was especially nice to have Molly Crabapple over for the event, and I was delighted to meet Kitten on the Keys - what a lovely lady!
Good to see Kittie, James & Dolores again too!
Aargh... there's just too much to mention!
Wonderful night overall!

I'm really sorry to have missed it! A migraine descended in the afternoon and I passed out early evening.

I'll cheer myself up with some rhinestoning!

What a shame you missed it, Sundae - hope you're feeling better now!

THANKS to everyone @ Dr Sketchy's Glasgow
jeepers!
I am what you folks on this side of the pond say " knackered kinky Kitty knickers" today from all of the AMAZING festive events I have had the pleasure to perform at the past few days. First 3 nights of Ministry Of Burlesque High Tease at the Voodoo Rooms where I got reunited with my sweet Missy Malone and Carrie and met fun new pals.
Then Dr Sketchy's Glasgow was fantabulous-thanks for letting me be a part of such a great event. Working with Lucille and Rufus was a dream-Carrie fetched my crazy sex toys and plush pussies off the stage (poor girl) -got me caffeine and let me crash at her home , Emma got me an iron so I would not be such a wrinkley bummed Shirley Temple , posing with Molly Crabapple was such a TREAT, getting to use an actual keyboard was ace (rock on!), and riding the train in with James, Kittie and Dolores was an absolute RIOT.
I am so glad I have found some folks I can be myself with and not get judged as a crazy pervert.
All of the performers were fun to watch and I got to take pictures -I am so happy to have met all of you wonderful people!
I appreciate all of the efforts of Rhymes With Purple!
You should be super proud!
I will be in Edinburgh until 8/27-hope to see all of you again soon!
Kitten on the Keys
PS next venture out of town is 8/14 LIVERPOOL with Millie Dollar-tell a friend-there is a GRAND piano at the venue!
