As the curtain is about to close on the fringe (terrible, I know!) there is a fantastic four days of back to back burly activities in the city this coming weekend!

Thursday 21st

Sideshow: The weirdest Show on Earth, Underbelly

Getting great reviews in the List, The Scotsman, Metro, and Independent, Sideshow is a wonderful late night eccentric cabaret experience! Show begins at 00:15 with your hosts The Bloody Ringmaster and Margaret the Gimp with a cavalcade of exciting and varied guest performers!

Friday 22nd

TEAZE, Studio 24

Think the Fringe is all about struggling promoters trying to make it big…thing again as all of the profits from TEAZE are going to local charity St Columba’s Hospice. Come along for alternative burlesque shenanigans with Teniah Twisted, Vendetta Vain, Amelia Heart, Miss Hell’s Bell, Alabama Rose, Cat Aclysmic, Lucile Burn, Impressive Johnson, The Bloody Marys and more!

Saturday 23rd

Fanteaseya: Burlesque is Back! Luna

A glamorous night of burlesque featuring exciting newcomers and established acts with a piano bar downstairs and stalls selling all manner of burly goodies! Get glammed up for what is sure to be an evening to remember!

Sunday 24th

Sideshow: The weirdest Show on Earth, Underbelly

Conclude your weekend extravaganza and join The Bloody Ringmaster and Margaret for one last dance macabre with the chic freaks of Sideshow, and celebrate another spectacular Edinburgh Fringe!


...Phew! Its gonna be one hell of a weekend – and a fun Monday for me after four days back to back performing! So come along and be part of the worlds biggest arts festival and soak up some Edinburgh atmosphere – remember, its gotta last you a year before it all happens again!

Sideshow did indeed get a lovely write up in the Metro today and are absolutely brilliant. I have vowed that if I cannot have Margaret the Gimp as my one and only I shall die of a broken heart. I cannot wait until Teaze this Friday - the last one was such good fun.

Aw I'm gutted I'm missing out on this weekend, really makes me realise how much being a skint student, waiting on my bursary coming through sucks haha! Hope all that go have a fab time tho.
